problem loaded pages contant & SQL Server

Dear Sir

I have to remarks as follow :

1.how can I enabled active x ,flash in allowed web site for example i i allow only my user to access only yahoo , gamil and hotmail and block all other web site but the problem that the web page like yahoo mail open but apear empty boxes not loaded.

2.My users can access my servers on the lan but the problem all my app. which connect to database server located in our lan can not connect so should me open any port to access my SQL Servers.

When users open yahoo, gmail and hotmail, the web browser will request the resouce on the related websites. So you must also open those website for users to access yahoo, gmail and hotmail.
You can open the ports as your needs, such as netbois, sql server, smtp, pop3 and so on.

Thank you very much for your support can you please give us more detail because we as specified above we allowed to our users to full access to yahoo mail .gmail and hotmail and our users can fully entered to their emails but the problem that the pages contant not apear .

*.gstatic.*

To access hotmail, please open these sites:
*.live.*
*.hotmail.*
*.wlxrs.*
*.msn.*

Sorry, I don't have yahoo mail box.
