how to block HTTPS uploads

Hello every body ,

i tried the ploicy block web upload to prevernt any uploads from our network , it works great with sites the use HTTP , but for any sites that use HTTPS it did not work ,

is there any way to block web uploads of HTTPS ?

HTTPS is a cryptographic protocol.
Active wall can filter https packets by IP, subnet, server certificate, protocol version and https tunnel, but unable to analyze its contents. So active wall can not block https upload.
